CRM Siebel Expert (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Configuration, scripting and workflow
-Highly Integrated System Management (Pharmakovigilance, OneKey Data, Digital Management, Marketing, call center, pharmazeutical-technical complains, multiple SAP systems, DWH/COBRA, MDM and others)
-Minor release in each month comprising of Bug Fixes and small changes
-Application support spanning across Germany, Switzerland & Austria
-Quarterly base major releases
-Support includes enhancement as well development releases (hyper-care support that requires close co-ordination with development team)
-Support for iPad applications as part of iOS upgrade and Siebel iOS integration
-CTI integration (using GPlus Adaptor)
-Support for other non-production environments as well (such as Test, Training, Development, Test Maintenance, Development Maintenance)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience with Siebel and EAI
-Experience with Siebel EIM, Admin, Informatica
-Experience in the Life Science domain
