CRM Infrastructure Service Delivery manager - My client, a leading national telecom business, are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a key customer CRM infrastructure project.
You will ensure coordination and operational effectiveness of the delivery team and provide a good level of customer service on project
You will need proven experience in operational management and organizing teams of up to 20 people, previous experience working on telephony/CRM projects, and ideally experience working with call center platforms.
English + Either Dutch or French strongly preferred
