CRM Service Deliver Manager / Application Management lead is required to joining a growing function within a Tier 1 Investment Bank. This is a global Service Delivery and Application Management lead, dealing with teams based in the UK and in offshore locations, within a large business area of the Investment bank. The main purpose of this role is to run the CRM Application Management team, Service Delivery and Offshore Managed Service for the CRM space. The ideal candidate will be from a Service Delivery or Application Management background, within Investment Banking. You must have: Experience managing teams of 8+ people Strong Senior Stakeholder Management skills Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation skills Excellent organisational ability Experience within a medium to large Investment Bank is a necessity ITIL experience or qualification 5+ years of running Application Management / Application Support / Managed Services / Service Delivery teams Experience of working in a global team or matrix management / management of an offshore service or team Experience of CRM is a nice to have, but not essential (MS Dynamics, Saleslogic, SalesForce, Siebel) This role is based at Canary Wharf and will pay a base salary of up to £90-95k, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
