The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (Kew) is the world-leader in plant diversity science, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major visitor attraction that shows the importance of plants in all our lives. We are looking for an individual who will work closely with business managers at all levels throughout Kew, where you will gather requirements and analyse Kew's existing business processes and use creativity and vision to guide the development of more effective and efficient approaches. As a business expert within the CRM project, you will work closely with, and act as an expert advisor to, the CRM project manager, SRO and key stakeholders to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and readily distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

With a degree or equivalent, ideally in a scientific or technical discipline, or work based experience of managing projects that deliver solutions based on business needs, you will also hold a professional qualification or appropriate accreditation in business analysis or have work based experience within this field. You will have proven experience of successful stakeholder relationship management and strong analytical skills. You will be an expert user of variety of business analysis tools and techniques.
