CRM PROJECT MANAGER

- Manage CRM review and be completely accountable for all aspects of the project delivery under the direction of the CRM Programme Manager
- Responsible for project planning and execution,  preparing status report for all stakeholders
- Identify and engage with the project stakeholders regularly and ensure their needs are being met
- Develop/manage the project plan including milestones, activities, and key deliverables.  Maintaining RAAID log along with a strong communication plan.
- implementation of appropriate level of Governance structure and facilitate best practise so the business can maximise the benefits of a CRM implementation
- Establish a good working model with the central technical teams to build the CRM solution
- Responsibility for supporting the appropriate level of project governance including ensuring that FIL methodology and standards are adhered to
- Ensure that all documentation is as per defined standards and relevant in content and format for the target audience
- Identify and Interact with all required stakeholders to seek their input including any third-parties to deliver the CRM Projects.
- Engage with all stakeholder levels to seek periodic feedback and achieve ultimate sign off from the agreed authorisers within the organisation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- In depth functional understanding of CRM solutions and specifically Salesforce.com
- Current knowledge of the latest capabilities and any releases and how it relates to business capabilities
- Proven track record in successful delivery of CRM/sfdc Global deployments
- A practical understanding of key challenges associated with building on one sfdc Org
- Enterprise wide and end to end CRM Implementation experience across multiple business units and geographies
- Exposure to various third party products and experience of integrating them into a systems solution
- Experience or understanding of high security features to manage sensitive data
- Exposure to data management and data life cycle management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with higher management and business stakeholders UK and Europe
- Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environments
- An interest or knowledge of the investment management or wider financial services industry
