CRM Project Manager / Business Analyst

Responsibilities as a Project Manager will include:
> Managing the full lifecycle of the project, scoping requirements and delivering the project
> Build a project plan in line with current practices
> Carry out a process review of the booking process to identify key areas for improvement
> Liaise with the supplier and business expert in the design of solutions to meet patient and business requirements
> Manage supplier delivery to timetable
> Communicate with the key stakeholders to ensure risks and issues are managed and escalated appropriately
> Communicating with other teams internally to ensure buy in to the project and IT integration is on track.
> Deliver effective training through the business expert to meet business need.

Core skills include:
> Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the healthcare environment
> Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience
> Business Analyst experience and project management skills
> Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to time.
