CRM Project Manager

For a 14 month project with our client in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a CRM Project Manager.

Tasks:

.

Support the team on the deployment of the roadmap, strategy and deliver end to end design requirements from input to data warehousing to user interface to multichannel distribution to content output.
.

Identify the opportunities and seed areas for testing/pilots - master list
.

Support market adoption and implementation of the new central database and new tools as defined by the roadmap
.

Work closely with DSU to define capabilities and solutions to deliver PCE initiative (gather info, facilitate product definition, interface with DSU, ensures successful application of tools)

Key Skills

.

7+ years in CRM, digital & brand skills to deliver personalised consumer experience.
.

Solid expertise in E2E process
.

Know-how to design and implement customer management systems. - - Solid expertise of reknown customer relationship and campaign management tools such as SAP/CRM, Oracle Right Now, OCOD, Neolane.
.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
