CRM Project Manager

 

CRM Project Manager ( Required Urgently)

I am looking to recruit a CRM Project Manager for my client, an IT Services organisation who are thought leaders in Infrastructure Services, Workspace, Connectivity and Consulting.

As the Project Manager, you will have significant CRM and E-commerce experience, and be   responsible for realising the project scope, establishing the work plans, monitoring and maintaining budgets and timelines.

You will draw upon your extensive experience deploying business change projects and ideally have a transport background.

In addition to the above the main focus will be on

•             Passenger Technologies 2013 close out

•             Customer Engagement (CRM) Project

•             Migration of E-commerce Car Parking Portal

•             Real-time Bus Information Displays

You will be considered for this business critical position due to your:
*Project Management experience
*Utilisation of project management methodologies (PRINCE 2, PMP)
*Exposure to CRM and E-commerce implementation and integration projects.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
