CRM Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the implementation of our new MSDynamics CRM from a marketing user perspective on behalf of our marketing and outreach teams. We want to ensure marketing needs are understood and implemented in the project delivery so our new digital marketing tool works effectively with our CMS, e-marketing and student record system.

With a degree and PRINCE2 project management certification, you will have a sound knowledge of digital marketing and experience of successfully project managing CRM systems for multiple audiences. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, have the ability to capture processes and communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences. You will be persuasive, flexible and driven and, you will need to be able to travel to our Cambridge campus on a regular basis.
