The Project Manager will lead the ongoing business specification and implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Kew, and own delivery of the CRM service to other departments. Working closely with different departments within the organisation, you will manage the delivery of the project according to Kew PPM methodologies, ensuring that the specification provides maximum opportunity for digital customer insight, conducting procurement processes in order to achieve the required suppliers and defining the terms of the services and improving customer journeys across multiple channels and touch points.

You will need to have detailed first-hand expertise and in-depth knowledge of development, implementation and continuity of a successful CRM system and service. With sound knowledge and understanding of data production processes and significant experience of project management, you will have excellent analysis skills and demonstrable ability to work successfully with and forge strong reciprocal relationships with colleagues across the organisation and external partners
