We are currently searching for a CRM SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to work in Lausanne area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-national client.
The candidate will be in charge of the Development of a Medical Delegate management System solution (CRM)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Project Management competency on large project in international organization
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Functional analysis skills with international mindset
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues
- Knowledge of SCRUM Framework, MS Office Suite, MS Project Office
SOFT SKILLS:
- Cooperative
- Organized
- Building good interpersonal relationships with stakeholders
- Open Minded, Extremely Analytical, Good Communicator, Good Listener, Precise and Rigorous.
- Pragmatism, pro-activity, openness and flexibility. Strong communication skills. Client service oriented. Ability to convince.

- Plan resources, activities for design Service Management)
- Ability to work with a SCRUM Framework.
