Mission/Rôle:
One of our clients is looking for a CRM Project Leader for an International Company in Lausanne region.
Tasks:
- Deliver the solutions in line with the business and functional specificities
- Support the solution already deployed on the markets
- Ensure all processs are aligned with company policies
- Track and repsect bidget
- Estimate costs on evolutions
- Ensure the communication around the projects
Experience/Qualifications:
- Very good senior project management experience
- Experience in international contact wit functional and technical analysis
- Very good skills in CRM
- Experience with Project methodologies and ITIL
- Experience in GSX solution
- English: Excellent
