CRM Programme Manager (Siebel)

Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Programme Manager who will be responsible for delivering a Global Siebel CRM application which will be deployed across multiple countries over the next two years. The candidate must have extensive experience working in CRM programmes and a proven record of delivering large complex projects and ability to manage multiple concurrent work-streams. The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of project plans and deliverables, tracking progress and escalation of risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a business-wide Siebel programme across Sales, Customer Service, Master Data Management Order Management and Reporting.
Integrate CRM with Oracle components hosted in US
Work alongside a Global Programme management team to align roadmaps, deliverables and dependencies
Deployment of CRM across multiple business units
Programme governance and monitoring of risks and issues
Resource management of onshore and offshore resources
Ownership of budget and financial reporting
Key skills particularly important to this programme
o Dealing with ambiguity
o Ability to travel (approximately 4 times a year)
o Detailed Multi work-stream management and detailed planning of these workstreams

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors' degree or equivalent
Project Management qualification
6 +yrs Programme management experience, with a minimum of 3+ years working on Siebel CRM
Global programme management experience
Good understanding of Siebel and Oracle product suite
Strong people management skills
Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills
Technical background, ideally within CRM solutions
