CRM Program Director

For an international client of Global Enterprise Partners I am currently looking for a program director for a huge CRM implementation for the next two years.

Length: 2 years
Location: Amsterdam
40 hours per week

Do you want to shape the future?
EP's client is about to start with a high impact CRM implementation. Therefore we are looking for the right person to fill the position as Programme Director CRM Implementation.
As Programme Director you will interact with managers/directors all over the business and also with IT.
You will also inform on a regular basis the board members.
This complex and high impact project has an estimated time line of 2 years.

You have the following key tasks:
You are responsible for a smooth and effective CRM implementation. Manage multi skilled teams in an effective way.
Manage the project within time and budget. Communicate with all relevant stake holders. Embrace agile working and act as a sponsor of it.

To be successful in this role you have the following qualifications:
* Experience as a Senior program manager/director
* Proven track record of managing successful multimillion projects
* 15 years of experience in IT and project management
* Experience in high impact implementations (CRM preferred)
* Experience in a large complex international organisation
* Affinity with enterprise architecture issues/challenges
* Proven skills in dealing with strategic, highly complex issues, problems and challenges in changing context

You know when to act and when not to act. As a leader, you are clear, visible and courageous. You lead change, you are accountable and you create trust. You are interested in leading business and developing people and teams. You are confident to steer when large uncertainties come up. You have the capability to translate data into scenario's.
