CRM Practice Project Manager Job

CRM PRACTICE PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Walnut Creek, California.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Utilize analytical, functional, operational and project management skills/experience to deliver C-Suite Level Proposal(s) for a New CRM Practice design
- Conduct: End-Customer data analysis, internal stakeholder interviews, Consultant recommendations, Internal working groups and Benchmark research
- Identification of key milestones and critical path items
- Project documentation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) or more years managing small to medium cross-functional projects
- At least two (2) years involved in CRM implementation and/or design
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation regarding requirements, schedules, scope, analysis, project reports and status
- Ability to work independently
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Bachelors degree from an accredited higher-education institution
