CRM Marketing Manager Job

CRM MARKETING MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN MATEO, CA.

- B2C marketing experience.

- Diverse marketing channels experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Drive and evolve plans to optimize customer life cycle by driving activation, engagement, monetization, retention and evangelization of Product consumer base.
- Manage CRM efforts by working closely with Product Marketing, Publisher Relations, Legal and Customer Services to deliver on stakeholder's business needs.
- Develop communication strategies and best practices to maximize results.
- Manage vendor relationships communication, performance feedback and campaign execution.
- Deliver revenue from existing customers by managing email, direct-mail, catalog and other direct channels while continuously testing and exploring new channels like mobile marketing and social media.
- Identify consumer insights through data mining, primary and secondary research.
- Work closely and collaboratively with customer service to address key customer challenges and opportunities with an eye towards profit maximization.
- Facilitate up-sell/cross-sell efforts on site in collaboration with other marketing teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least 5 years total marketing experience in a business to consumer environment.
- Gaming or entertainment experience preferred.
- Experience with a wide range of marketing channels including email & direct mail, social media, catalog, mobile, customer service, etc.
- Experience in managing loyalty programs preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in consumer insights/data mining.
- Experience working with outside agencies and vendors.
- Skilled in influencing key stakeholders, capacity for analytical thinking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent..
