Thriving and ever-changing media company based in the City OF LONDON are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing new team on a contract basis. This will be an exciting new opportunity to build your career in a fantastic working environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for the overall CRM strategy including social media
*Use the Recency, Frequency, Value (RFV) model to create highly targeted campaigns to maximise revenue in an ROI- positive way
*Create and develop clear reporting systems that will be visible to all key stakeholders
Essential Experience:
*At least 4 years' experience managing CRM strategy and E-mail marketing
*Knowledge of major E-mail Service Providers
*Copy-writing experience preferable
