My client is looking to bring on a CRM Manager - This is a great contract opportunity as a CRM Manager for a nationwide travel company.

CRM Manager

The CRM Manager role is responsible for on-boarding new customers, retaining them as active customers and reactivating lapsed customers.

You will be accountable for:

*Leading CRM strategy across email, SMS, mobile push marketing and social
*Create best in class customer retention programs across all stages of consumer life cycle and optimize to customer life time value
*Continuous test & learn on email programs, use of personalisation & incentives
*Build out mobile focused strategy in email, SMS and push notifications
*Develop social media strategy and manage ongoing presence in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media
*Use consumer segmentation to drive retention and customer life time value
*Facilitate segmentation in other marketing channels, eg Display, Social, PPC
*Manage Email Marketing Executive and Social Media Executive

You must have:

*Minimum 4 years' experience in email marketing and CRM
*Strong understanding of customer life cycle and how to influence customer behaviour
*Proven track record of planning and executing CRM strategies into strong performing email programs, clear view on KPIs and what success looks like
*Understand CRM as part of wider Marketing mix and how other channels can be transformed into highly targeted marketing channels
*Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with working in a data-driven environment

You are:

-Hands-on self-starter with the combination of analytic and commercial skills to figure out what needs doing and then doing it
-Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions within and beyond marketing
-Able to deliver under pressure
-Comfortable working in a fast changing environment
-Team player who can see how CRM operates within a broader marketing strategy
