CRM Lead (Salesforce/Oracle/Siebel) Pharmaceutical Sector Warsaw Poland - English speaker -£375-395 per day depending on skills and experience.
CRM Analyst/Developer ( Salesforce Developer/Oracle CRM Developer/Siebel Developer ) required to take a lead role in the CRM team based in Warsaw for this global pharmaceutical organisation. You must be a fluent English speaker and eligible to work in Poland/EU without restriction ( we cannot consider anyone who would require a VISA to work or travel in Europe!). This is likely to be a long term contract, initially for 6 months.
The Role
The CRM Lead will be a key player in the configuration and support of Salesforce.com. Duties will include the configuration/coding of Salesforce.com, managing the data loading configurations, talking with key users, collecting and solving their issues related to CRM projects, agreeing on timelines and supporting data providers. This person will be working within the team supporting the IT platforms including Salesforce.com and Oracle CRM on Demand.
Main Skills and Experience Required
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong technical skills
5 years Applications Development experience with key skills in the development and configuration of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.com although Oracle CRM on Demand or Siebel will be considered
Knowledge of business processes in Pharma industry required. Additionally a knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS) is a plus
Experience working with Transact-SQL ( T-SQL), PL/SQL or any other SQL )
Hands-on ETL/data manipulation
Experience of working in global projects in multinational, multicultural environments with virtual teams spread over the world
Fluent English language. Any Russian, French, German or Italian would be an advantage
Able and happy to take on occasional travel in Europe
