CRM Integration Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE: BH5408 | CRM INTEGRATION SPECIALIST.

JOB LOCATION: MADISON, WI.

JOB DURATION: 15 MONTHS CONTRACT.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

QUALIFICATION

- Information Technology - Application Development

a) Application Development and design experience using Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.

- Information Technology - Architecture

a) Familiarity with standard design patterns (Gang of Four).

- Information Technology - Databases

a) Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2003 and 2005.

b) SQL Server 2008.

- Information Technology - Languages/Tools

a) .NET Batch Processing.

b) ASP.NET.

c) Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.

d) MS Dynamics CRM.

e) Understanding of MS.NET Framework

- Information Technology - Operating Systems

a) SharePoint

- Information Technology - Server Support

a) Team Foundation Server (TFS)
