CRM FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - BELGIUM
LANGUAGES: DUTCH & ENGLISH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Senior business analyst with experience in a CRM environment
- Experience in information modelling and information management
- Knowledge of processes and/or experience with optimization projects
- Understanding of business processes and their technical background
- A nalytical and conceptual thinking and distinguish detail essence
- Customer orientation
- Be assertive and dare to take a stand
- Learn to give ideas creatively shape
- Problem-solving proceed and focus on simplicity and efficiency
- Methodically proceed to achieve the desired result
- Experience in embedding changes in roles and responsibilities
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- A track around master data management with the aim to better understand the customers (create 360° view, developing and optimizing processes around management and customer data quality)
- A CRM track which transforms customer information into insights and translate further into new CRM developments
- Translate the Strategic Framework into concrete projects and control it in terms of business solution architecture and the development of high-level processes
- Work with other colleagues from the customer relations team and the project team from the CRM track
- Responsible for the (pro) active needs assessments, idea and problem so that the targets are clear for all involved
- Provide a documented solution aligned to business architecture, so partners can make an informed decision
- Translate the objective and the proposed solution to the various teams responsible for the detailed design and construction so that the result meets the expectations
- Monitoring the market, evaluation and impact analysis of opportunities and their feedback to partners within the department so that those responsible can make an informed decision regarding the introduction of new processes and/or technology
