Your responsibilities

B2C & B2B CRM Reporting activities supervision and guidance
Annual KPI setting and tracking for B2C and B2B Campaigns, in order to boost overall CRM performance in the long term, consulting and supporting Markets and Sectors' strategies
B2C&B2B data insight guidance for all B2C and B2B businesses plus all markets around the world
B2C and B2B cross channel data flows analysis, mapping set-up, across multiple platforms and databases, to ensure data accuracy, consistency and validity along the entire chain
Identify strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet marketing and business objectives
Manage and resolve projects meant to solve key data issues involving privacy, growth and quality across B2C and B2B
Champion the business requirements in the data arena with a specific focus on new digital data capture processes
Responsibility for strategic delivery and planning of CRM, data and insight activities
Provide guidance to B2C and B2B Philips CRM Operations and IT, to enable all Sectors within their Programs and strategies
Support B2C and B2B Prospect acquisition, Lead Management and lead nurturing at Corporate Global level, consulting each Business Group and Market
B2C and B2B CRM data best practices sharing and socializing for new capabilities build-up within Markets and Business Groups. Facilitating the communication between all parties, internal and external stakeholders

Your team
You'll be part of the Corporate CRM & Digital Campaign team, composed by 7 CRM Managers and a Global Digital Lead CRM (your line Manager), within Philips Group (BC&D). You'll be based in our Amsterdam offices. Senior CRM Managers and Online Marketing Managers in Sectors, Business Groups and Countries will be your daily stakeholders, as well as all main representatives from B2C and B2B Digital, Consumer Care, Social Media, Digital Services/Operations and IT teams. You'll be independently managing external Agencies/vendors as well as all other third parties.

We are looking for
Our ideal candidate is a fairly experienced CRM data professional with a strong Corporate background, willing to take his/her career to the next level by joining Philips and working on a global scale.
We're looking for a true CRM data, reporting and data flow expert (B2C & B2B background is required), willing to make the difference within any Philips CRM data activities.

The main requirements for this role are:
Economics and/or Marketing & Communication background, with a strong focus on both B2C and B2B CRM activities. A minimum of 8 years of proven CRM and Digital experience, ideally within large Companies or Digital & CRM Agencies.
In depth professional knowledge of B2C and B2B CRM dynamics on both strategic, tools and operational level.
Familiarity with IT agile environment and methodology
Proven experience in managing complex and big multi-channel CRM or loyalty projects/campaigns with multiple stakeholders
International background, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different Countries and contexts.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work across cultures, teaming up with colleagues located in all the global markets where Philips has offices.
In depth knowledge/background of Marketing automation tooling, platforms and BI tooling is required (Eloqua, Salesforce, Teradata, Tableau, BO, etc).
Fluent business-level English is a necessary requirement. Any additional languages are welcome.
