CRM Customer Insight Analyst

Our well established financial services client (based in Cardiff) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Customer Insight Analyst (SQL, Excel, VBA, Access) to join their team to support the development of CRM initiatives through the delivery of detailed customer insight analysis.

Key Responsibilities:-
You will support the CRM Manager in a range of analytical and modelling projects relating to customer lead generation, assist with the implementation and ongoing running of a new CRM system and support the Senior Manager with ad-hoc reporting and data requirements.

You will be responsible for providing advanced data analytics within a customer focused department delivering solutions to complex business questions, ensure compliance with Group standards and reporting requirements and resolving a wide range of demanding customer enquiries and issues.

Essential skills:-
You should have a demonstratable history using SQL, Excel VBA and Access (SAS or propensity modelling desirable) with the ability to interpret user requirements and trends in data. Previous experience working directly with a CRM system advantageous.
