A large investment bank with offices located in Cardiff is currently looking for a CRM Customer Insight Analyst. Previous experience of data analytics focused on customer behaviours and product holdings is essential.

Responsibilities:

Support the CRM Manager in a range of analytical and modelling projects relating to customer lead generation.
Support the implementation and ongoing running of a new CRM system, including training and communications to all internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Senior Manager, Portfolio Performance with ad-hoc reporting and data requirements
Provide advanced analysis delivering solutions to complex business questions

Skills:

Experience of data analytics within a customer focused department such as CVM/CRM/Credit Risk etc
SQL - to a high level
Excel - in depth advanced knowledge including functions, macros, pivot tables and VBA
Access to a good level - some VBA
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint/Word/Excel essential)
SAS and/or modelling tools previous experience desirable but not essential
Experience of a variety of statistical analysis techniques eg propensity model development
Experience of financial/banking/motor market arena
