CRM Customer Data Analyst- Bracknell- Initial 12 Month Contract-Start ASAP-£11.11ph

Our Client, a Global manufacturing company is seeking a CRM Customer Data Analyst to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

Job Responsibilities
Support improvements in data quality of CRM systems through interaction with the businesses and use of external data to complement existing internal data
Measure and analyse CRM metrics to improve performance
Co-ordinate data capture requirements in line with CRM strategy
Support the different businesses by understanding their needs and look to address using new data/reports
Design, create and analyse new reports
Support the introduction of new reports into the businesses
Undertake adhoc analysis as required
Support sales representatives or marketing executives in providing information or aiding in their understanding of the data or systems
Assist in the design of data being presented to the businesses to allow ease of understanding
Research best practice in data analysis, presentation and management technique
Work closely with the businesses (Sales and Marketing teams) to improve customer identification by driving the collection and maintenance of effective customer data to enable improved targeting.
Look for opportunities to centralise, standardise and optimise our reporting offerings
Utilise all customer data sources to identify any trends, significant findings and insights. Translate customer data into meaningful reports to aid business decisions and share these with the business groups
Manage and understand customer data in order in to help the sales and marketing teams identify and segment target audiences prior to any campaigns.
Manage the data extraction and de-duping process and offer training where necessary to upskill marketing teams.
