Experienced CRM Coordinator - Leading Online Financial Services Company - London - 6-12 month Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced CRM Coordinator to join the team of a well renowned online financial services company. You will need to coordinate their customer marketing and communication systems and must have a successful CRM/marketing background. The successful candidate would have worked in a fast paced environment, and be open to exploring new digital software and analysing data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You are required to support the CRM manager in the communications, planning and strategy process and will research and develop new communication channels that will include SMS, Push and display. You will have regular strategic planning meetings with the CRM manager and are required to maintain the database as well as proof read copy writing emails. Finally you will be responsible for marketing support, management and implementation of our client's promotions and you will have experience in email service provider software, ideally Silver pop.

EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/COMPETENCIES

- Ideally 4 years work experience in marketing
- Good understanding of CRM and digital
- Experienced in Microsoft office especially Excel
- Experience in HTML
- Flexible and adaptable
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Keen interest in on-line marketing and social media
- Self-starter
- Work to tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure
