Our client are in the market for an experienced CRM Support Consultant.

You will work together with the CRM Platform owner and IT manager on large scale migration.

The work will consist of Salesforce.com support, Siebel support and an internal CRM product migration.

The Salesforce.com support work will be supporting 350 users based in Europe. This will be mainly be face to face interaction with end users and being a point of contact SME.

You will manage complex technical issues, implement data loads using APEX data loader, basic configuration updates for the implementation of new requirements, knowledge of Visualforce is necessary to be able to assess and resolve technical issues. You will also have exposure to the ability to create SFDC reports and dashboards and build new interfaces and maintain existing ones using APEX and PL/SQL.

The role will also involve technical support of Siebel including email and phone based support. Knowledge of Siebel Remote and its technical challenges would be a bonus.

The role will also encompass migration work. You will have experience of CRM migrations. Duties will include preparing the migration from Siebel or SFDC to an internal product together with the country power users. Assisting with data mapping exercise (from -to), follow up on readiness of migration activities.
