IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Finalize the Business Requirement Documents for France as per revised project plan by pro-actively supporting the French team and understanding their processes and requirements
-Keep requirements closely aligned to the core as possible unless there is a strong business need for adaptation
-Communicate changes pro-actively, timely and clearly to the German/European CRM project lead for final approval
-Support France in validating the system in comparison to the finalized BRDs (Business Requirement Documents ) by the date per project plan
-Act as a liaison between German/European and France, translating project timelines into concrete actions for France and flagging required resources early
-Support the French team in the CRM implementation depending on their needs for a dedicated

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-CRM implementation experience and expertise
-Solid IT systems understanding
-Understanding of business processes, e.g. accounting processes, Key Account Management, Brand Planning
-Broad experience within pharmaceutical industry
-Fluent in English
-Good French language skills
-Consultant in European projects / inter-cultural experience
