My Government client is looking for a CRM consultant to come on board to help them on a new piece of work. Successful candidate4es will be supporting a coordinated agency-wide approach to CRM.
They will measure, monitor and report customer satisfaction.
Candidates will need:
* to have experience in developing, implementing, maintaining and reporting upon CRM products and tools such as Customer engagement plans, Customer satisfaction surveys, CRM tool sets, etc.
* live SC/DV/NATO would be preferred
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
