CRM Configurator

Our client is looking for SAP CRM Configurator, you will be part of the SAP CRM and Social Services team working with our client in Riyadh. You will be involved in designing, building, deploying and maintaining SAP-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analysis, design and build of SAP CRM and Social Services solutions. Structured testing internally and with users. Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Technical evaluation and implementation of minor enhancements and change requests. Collaboration with customer on best practices. Cooperation between on-site and off-shore teams.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with full SAP project implementation cycle (analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and support). Experience in working with off-shore and international teams. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent. Deep Skills within SAP-CRM-Service, SAP-CRM-Interaction Centre, SAP-CRM-Sales and CRM Middleware. Knowledge of SAP CRM Social Services is preferred. Desire to work in an application maintenance and support environment. Driver mind-set combined with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable. Good communication skills. You speak and write English and Arabic fluently.
