CRM Change Manager

* CRM Change Manager/Trainer, Paris, France.

On behalf of our customer located in Paris, France, we are currently looking for a CRM Change Manager to join a multicultural team working on a large CRM implementation project based on salesforce.com

You will be responsible for coordinating system requirements, communicating system initiatives and understanding/interpreting the impacts of technology changes to business processes. Your role will involve supporting the Business and taking the lead in reinforcing the 360° view of customer by having and using one CRM system across the globe.

Essential skills to this role will be:
Significant experience in the IT field and Business Relationship Management and/or Business Operations.
Confidence in managing and driving communications between IT and Business, as well as driving the relationship between international stakeholders.
Competency required are business area analysis skills that may include process analysis and design, process improvement skills, business modelling and communication. In addition to strong understanding and experience with information technology and applying technology to fulfil business objectives.

Deliverables:
Different Training materials: deck, strategy, presentation overview
Support Input for communication
Training strategy plan
Support Deployment team for trainings
Provide training strategy presentation according to the Road map Align training assets with the processes given by Business Owners

Skills required
Experience working with IT and Business.
Good knowledge of technology solutions, trends and techniques.
Good knowledge of customer relation management processes
The ability to articulate complex technical solutions to all areas of the business.
Leadership quality & change management processes
Excellent communication skills, with both rigour and negotiation skills. (mandatory)
Delivery focused
Strong influencing skills and the ability to facilitate decision making
International exposure.

Your responsibilities will cover:
Support communication and change on project.
Support Deployment team for global training
Coordinate training material topics.with the other stream
Provide training materials if needed with the other streams

English speaking role only, although knowledge of French would be a bonus.

This is a renewable 3 months contract to start in March (as early as possible).
