CRM Change and Release Coordinator

For a project with our client in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a

CRM Change and Release Manager

Tasks:

As a Support Team member with experience, knowledge/understanding of cRM technical/functional area, he/she will act as the Single point of contact in the cRM team in all matters relating to Change & Release Management and new markets inquiries. -Is responsible for ensuring the Change & Release Management processes are known & applied throughout the cRM team
-Performs an initial validation/filtering of Change Requests
-Is responsible for ensuring Change Requests are of the agreed quality throughout the life cycle, as well as monitoring and controlling them
-Submits Changes to Change Approval Board and report on the priorities agreed during the Change Approval Board
-Coordinates all the efforts across the stakeholders to ensure the team can deliver the agreed changes
-Provides all deliverables related to his role in the Changeability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.
-Has in-deep knowledge/understanding of Change and Release processes
