CRM Change and Release Coordinator

For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

CRM CHANGE AND RELEASE COORDINATOR

to act as the single point of contact in the cRM team in all matters relating to Change & Release Management and new markets inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

CHANGE & RELEASE MANAGEMENT

- ENSURE THE CHANGE & RELEASE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES ARE KNOWN & APPLIED THROUGHOUT THE CRM TEAM BY PERFORMING AN INITIAL VALIDATION/FILTERING OF CHANGE REQUESTS IN ORDER TO GET THE AGREED QUALITY THROUGHOUT THE LIFE CYCLE.
- Submit Changes to Change Approval Board and report on the priorities agreed during the Change Approval Board
- COORDINATE ALL THE EFFORTS ACROSS THE STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE THAT THE TEAM CAN DELIVER THE AGREED CHANGES
- Provide all deliverables related to his/her role in the Change
- Ability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.
- DEEP KNOWLEDGE/UNDERSTANDING OF CHANGE AND RELEASE PROCESSES
- ABILITY TO MANAGE STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING SENIOR MANAGEMENT
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF JULY 2015 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY.

INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
