CRM Business Systems Analyst

Our client in the Plymouth Meeting area is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a growing team, working on MS Dynamics CRM. They will be responsible for analysing and modelling processes based on functional requirements, designing and modifying systems for optimal workflow and production, and participating in the implementation of the overall solution.
They will work with system developers as well as the validation and verification personnel to ensure that the application is properly implemented.

This will be a long term 12+ month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.

We can only work w-2 for this position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst or project manager in a technical environment
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM or other relevant CRM software.
- Detailed working knowledge of a system development life cycle (SDLC)
