CRM Business Process Analyst - Salesforce/Telecom/BSS/Digital/Omnichannel
Our client is currently about to embark on a programme to radically transform their approach to omnichannel digital sales experiences. As part of their technology refresh, they will be introducing a new CRM platform and therefore require a Business Process Analyst.
Working with internal stakeholders and technology SME's, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing process needs and eliciting requirements for the new CRM system. This will require definitions for AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
Experience working with CRM, especially Salesforce, ideally in a telecoms environment is essential. Applicants will be familiar with BPM and BPMN/UML for process mapping.
Language skills such as French/Dutch are also beneficial.
