CRM Business Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-As a Business Analyst, you are an active contributor in the delivery of training material, processes documentation and gap analysis, for production release as well as for migration and transition
-Contribute to the definition of the product backlog
-Contribute and/or animate pre-grooming sessions with business
-Contribute to the product vision
-Participate in the sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective ceremonies
-Participate in the product backlog grooming meetings
-Contribute to the establishment of user stories acceptance criterion
-Support the development team in a daily basis to bring all details needed by the developers
-Design and structure the test plan and test cases in relation to product backlog items

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in IT projects, ideally in the logistics industry
-Workshop management and team building spirit
-Used to software design and development
-Experience with processes, systems and data
-Experience with agile Scrum methodology
-Used to multi-cultural teams including off-shore organizations
-Strong knowledge in CRM products MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce
-Experience with requirements and tests management tools
