CRM Business Analyst

My client, a well known financial organisation based in Sydney has a need for a Business Analyst to join the organisation in this key position.

The role will involve working on small to large sized projects specifically with CRM (MS Dynamics) projects. This is an end to end Business Analyst role and will involve large scale CRM projects dealing with both the Business users and vendors.

This person will also take full ownership of CRM application solution and be responsible for the delivery of the CRM project delivery aspects.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Validate business requirements and create high quality functional specifications relating to CRM and software projects
- Liase with business users and the global vendors regarding the projects
- Process development and re-engineering of Business processes
- Full analysis and ownership of the CRM application solution
- Facilitation of workshops and solution reviews with business stakeholders
- Managing of 3rd party vendors involved in the project delivery
- Constant link up with development and testing teams to ensure solutions are built to specifications
- Act as the technical SME for CRM systems
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously

To be considered for this role you will possess:

- Experience in Business Analysis and liaising between Business, Developers and Testers
- Proficiency in working with CRM systems - specifically Microsoft Dynamics (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to develop professional skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
- Ability to hit the ground running and self motivate
- Proven experience in analysis and re-engineering of business processes
