RIZE is looking for an experienced Business Administrator with particular expertise in CRM.
Description:
- Acting 1st line user support in the sales process, models and CRM systems
- Participate in the sales development forum
- Ongoing training of new employees
- Implement smaller configurations, producing report templates and reports
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting usage
- Support sales management in the proper "way of working"
- Specify and pursue their claims stand against the technical management
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM business management
- Business and requirements analysis
- CRM process expertise, specifically from the sales process
- Accustomed to working with reporting, KPIs
- Experience of working with CRM systems
- Salesforce expertise
- Salesforce admin certification desirable
