CRM Architect with Cloud Experience

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP CRM Architect, possibly with SAP SD, CRM and Hybris experience for a project based in Mexico City or Spain and possibly with some remote working.

Scope:

To work with the team in the overall CEC functionality which involves the following:

Hybris Marketing: Formerly ADT (audience Discovery & Targeting) Cloud for sales and cloud for services (C4C) Integration of Hybris Marketing with CRM on premise Integration hybris marketing with C4C Integration C4C with CRM and ECC.

Skills required:

Expert consultant with solid understanding of business processes covered by the Customer Engagement & commerce Platform, might not know SAP solution configuration in detail (Hybris marketing and C4C) but can work with senior consultants to define an integrated solution to be proposed to customer.

Activities:
. Act as functional lead, strong engagement in the initial phase of the project in defining the integrated end to end business process by working with SD, CRM, hybris marketing, C4C and HCI consultants.

. Responsible for designing C4C solution according to customer business processes

. Leader C4C and Hybris Marketing team activities

. Help and guide the customer with high seniority in their business processes design

. Verify and design according to C4C best practices

. C4C deployment experience in CPG customers

Start date: Immediately.

Languages: Spanish or English

Location: Mexico City or Spain with some remote.

Duration: 5.5 months.
