CRM Architect/Development Lead

We are currently looking for a MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM CONSULTANT to provide consulting and implementation expertise to new and existing clients. The Consultant's primary focus will be on implementing technical modifications to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This position will also be responsible for technical documentation, customisation planning and technical training.

THE ROLE:

- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionality including Sales, Marketing, Service, Processes, Data Management and Administration functions;
- Development planning;
- Technical training and documentations.
- Custom web development using ASP.NET/C#;
- Dynamics CRM development using the Software Development Kit (SDK);
- Customisation of Dynamics CRM using JScript development with web service integration;
- Dynamics CRM customisation including workflows using C# development (Plug-ins).
- Report building using Microsoft Reporting Services.

This position will require the Consultant to demonstrate extensive technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM in order to customise the solution to meet customer requirements.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 3 years Dynamics CRM experience; it is essential to have detailed technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM;
- Experience with various version of Dynamics CRM including 4.0 and 2011;
- Extensive development experience in both Dynamics CRM and .NET development framework;
- Must have experience working on large, complex implementations;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Knowledge and experience of other Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services,
- Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and Microsoft SharePoint;
- Work on a range of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of data and/or situations requires evaluation. Exercise judgement within established practices to determine appropriate action.
