The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Competence Centre is looking for a CRM Architect to
strengthen its team and help with the multiple on-going and coming projects.

1. Document Objective
Current document aims to describe the mission expectations and most particularly the main operational objectives & services that are expected to be
delivered. Services listed in this document are describing the most accurately possible the mission content however the list could not be considered as strictly
exhaustive as mission content could of course evolve over time.
This document is communicated at the beginning of the mission and should be signed by the consultant.

2. Job Description
IS Transformation and Technology I is looking for experienced CRM Architect to enforce its CRM Competence Center.
We will thus expect you to:

3. Reporting
A weekly reporting is expected allowing to assess progress. Reporting should
list the performed activities and their status. This reporting is specifically
important during hand over phase and first 6 months.

Identify new opportunities for our businesses

° Being able to detect when/where to bring added value with a new/updated IT solution.
° Anticipate future business needs

Determine whether or not a CRM Solution would be applicable
o Description
° Assess the matching between the business context and needs with the potential/functionalities/philosophy of the CRM package.
° Clearly express the constraints/prerequisites of the potential CRM solution
° Dare to tell whenever a project should not be done or be done with another technology.
o Timing before full autonomy

Take the lead during the first steps of a project (together with project leader)

Educate the business to the basics of MS DX CRM.
o Description
° Once a project is approved, give a basic CRM training to people who would be responsible to formalize the requirements in order to minimize the chance to cross the package borders.

Translate the requirements into architecture documentation
o Description
° Analyze the requirements to translate them into IT solution
design
° Make sure the solution fits in the enterprise architecture model

Master or equivalent through professional experience.
