CRM Architect

One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced CRM Architect for a 6 month project based in Brussels. All prospective candidates must hold a valid EU passport or permit and be fluent in English and French or Dutch (with knowledge of the other).

Our client is looking for an experienced CRM architect to enforce its CRM competence centre.

Description
- Being able to detect when/where to bring added value with a new/updated IT solution.

- Translate new technology features into business opportunities.

Determine whether or not a CRM Solution would be applicable;
Description
- Assess the matching between the business context and needs with the potential/functionalities/philosophy of the CRM package.
- Clearly express the constraints/prerequisites of the potential CRM solution
- Dare to tell whenever a project should not be done or be done with another technology.

- High-level solution design

Take the lead during the first steps of a project (together with project leader);
Description
- Catch the basic needs, understand the context
- Sell the potential solution
- Set the expectations
- Estimate the cost of the solution

- High-level solution design

Educate the business to the basics of MS DX CRM;
Description
- Once a project is approved, give a basic CRM training to people who would be responsible to formalize the requirements in order to minimize the chance to cross the package borders.

- 1 month

- Training sessions

Translate the requirements into architecture documentation;
Description
- Analyse the requirements to translate them into IT solution design
- Make sure the solution fits in the enterprise architecture model
- Defend solution in architecture committee

Timing before full autonomy
- 2-3 months

Minimal expected outputs
- White-box black-box analysis
- Process flows
- Conceptual data model
- Wireframes

Quality control;
Description
- Verify that the implementation follows the principles described in the architecture blueprints.
- Coach the analysts and juniors of the team

Required knowledge and experience;

Business experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience in design MS DX CRM solution in CRM 2011 and above (minimum of 3 years' experience)

Business experience (desirable)
- Proven background in insurance business or equivalent (financial/banking etc.)

Technical experience (mandatory)
- Experience in MS DX CRM application development (minimum of 2 years' experience)

Technical experience (desirable)
- Good knowledge of related Microsoft products (SharePoint, Exchange, MDM, Parature etc.)

Functional experience (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of CRM 2011 (and higher) functionalities

Functional experience (preferable)
- Knowledge of PRINCE 2 methodology
