Leading innovation-driven Pharmaceutical Company requires a CRM Application Support Analyst Engineer for a 6 months + fixed term role based in the Inner West.

As the CRM Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for the stewardship of their Global Sales CRM tool.  Your primary responsibility will be the development of their knowledge base.

ON A DAILY BASIS YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

- Responsible for entering data elements (eg LOVs, Objectives, Targets, User Access) needed to support system functions and providing adhoc data reports.  
- Responding to Tier 2 level application function questions from business users across regions.
- CRM User Administration
- Create User accounts
- Manage User profiles
- CRM System Parameter Maintenance
- CRM Reporting
- CRM User Support

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

- Tertiary qualifications is preferable however not mandatory. 
- A health or pharmaceutical background - Essential.
- Experience with CRM related applications, specifically Veeva or Sales Force.Com
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and attentive to detail.
