For one of our clients in the banking sector we are looking for a CRM Application Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service management
- Service planning
- Owner of the application documentation
- Monitoring of the service and 3rd level application support
- Stakeholder management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of .Net, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, Java, Linux and Oracle
- Good experience in Incident- and Problem management
- Experience in a financial company would be a great asset
- Good knowledge of CRM systems is a must
- Microsoft certificates would be an asset
- Good communication skills
