Projektbeschreibung
The CRM administrator is the "boss" of the CRM application. The administrator is responsible for interpreting, editing and customizing the CRM to fit the needs of the company. Will respond to questions from users throughout the company. Will also provide support and troubleshooting on the system, making changes as needed.
This technical position is responsible for the application maintenance, enhancements and upgrades of SAP applications (RFC, ABAP/Object Orientation, Web Services, BSP, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, Cascading style sheets, message class, JAVA/JSF, and Components, CRM) and integration to associated bolt-on's.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configuring changes and/or implementing new functionality/modules for the CRM application
- Implementing and configuring Web Channel, ISA or E-commerce
- Configuring Knowledge Base Systems
- Performing required testing of CRM system changes prior to transport into production environment
- Developing and documenting recommended interim and final solutions for CRM gaps in business requested and system functionality
- Providing development and support for CRM for CRM applications, specifically in the following areas: RFC; ASAP/Object Orientation; Web Services; BSP; HTML; AJAX; JavaScript; Cascading Style Sheets; Message Class; Java/JSF; and Components.
- Providing conversion clean-up from Legacy systems
- Updating appropriate system and user documentation
- Providing functionality support (how-to) to support center staff
- Providing functionality support (how-to) to end-user
- Other related activities, as required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or in a related technical discipline (eg, Engineering or Science)
- 8+ years' experience working with information technology
- 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP CRM 7.0 in a medium to large scale implementation
Must be able to support the CRM applications in the following areas RFC; ASAP/Object Orientation; Web Services; BSP; HTML; AJAX; JavaScript; Cascading Style Sheets; Message Class; Java/JSF; and Components.
