A Customer Relationship Manager Analyst is urgently required to join this major UK bank, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with ongoing incident requests/complaints/escalations from the banks staff from this call centre site, this is focused on the customer service element so an excellent telephone manner is essential, MS office and excel is mandatory and as a desirable Sharepoint and HP service Manager experience would be a huge advantage,
