Looking for someone who has run many workshops with customers and determined
a- IT landscape
b- CRM Roadmap and target operating model
c- CRM process efficiencies in sales and marketing
d- Business process analysis and re-engineering in sales and marketing
e- Knowledge of multiple CRM systems ESPECIALLY SALESFORCE.
f- Sales/marketing best practices advisory
g- Business case generation
h- Client facing experience
i- Excellent communication skills
