CRM Administrator

Highly-sought Government organisation is seeking a CRM Administrator for a long term contract with a lengthy extension option.

Using your previous experience in a similar role, your DUTIES will include:

- Applications management and systems management associated with the implementation of the CRM platform.
- Day to day administration of the CRM platform as required by the business users.
- Revised disaster recovery, fail over processes and procedures
- Liaise with application developers
- Liaise with the business users
- Liaise with subject matter experts

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Detailed knowledge of, and experience with the installation, support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Active Directory Federation Services and Forefront Identity Management services
- 2+ years' experience with PowerShell and Microsoft SCCM; SCOM
- 2+ years' experience with SQL Server; SSRS; SSIS; SSAS
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange Server, Active Directory, VMware vCloud Suite and F5 Big-IP product suit
- Ability to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required
