We are looking for a passionate individual with strong Customer Service and outsourced Vendor Management skills to become a central part of the organization's Service Delivery infrastructure.
As the Critical Incident Manager you are accountable for complete management of all critical customer and agent impacting incidents including coordinating recovery across functions as appropriate, all proactive/reactive communication and post mortem for continual improvement.
