The OIC has two missions:
- Critical Incident Management: drive down the time to repair of a critical incident and communicate effectively to help the business teams understand the consumer impacts
- Monitoring: build our monitoring tools and act on the alerts received so actions are taken and incidents are resolved
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field; MBA a plus. 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3-7 years' experience in infrastructure and application monitoring. Experience in retail environment is a plus.
- Experience working in fast paced environments in a highly matrixed 24x7 global support model; awareness of international business, cultural norms, and values is a plus
- Background as part of a team that delivers and supports applicationdemonstrated skills including diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking
